The following price ranges are guidelines to use when establishing a budget for your project.  These  price ranges are based on previous projects that we have built over the last several years.  These prices include removing and disposing of an existing deck or porch, installing new footings/foundation, disposal of all construction waste, obtaining building permits and very high quality construction. 

There are numerous factors to consider when pricing a project...too many to list here!   A firm price can only be established with a budget, project specifications and a thorough evaluation of the job site.

Our Pressure Treated Decks range in price from $25 per square foot to $47 per square foot.

Our Composite & PVC Decks range in price from $40 per square foot to $67 per square foot.

Our Screened Porches (built from the ground up) generally start at $20,000 and can go as high as $50,000 or more.  The cost of screening in an existing covered deck will be significantly less than that of a new room built from the ground up.

Our Sunrooms (built from the ground up) generally start at around $45,000 and can go as high as $100,000 or more. The cost of enclosing an existing covered deck will be significantly less than that of a new room built from the ground up.

Our covered Front Porches generally cost between $10,000 and $35,000.
